Respectfully, As an RTD Director, my goals are: · The completion of the FasTracks program. o My focus will be on § the completion of the I-225 Light Rail Corridor through the Aurora City Center and the Anschutz Medical Campus at Fitzsimons and § the completion of the Denver Union Station commuter rail East Corridor to Denver International Airport · More and improved parking at Nine Mile Light Rail Station. · Improved service with bus routes that get residents to and from employment and activity centers in Aurora. · Improved information systems that provide transit users with the tools they need to use the RTD system easily and efficiently. · Increased ridership through education and outreach programs that help new riders navigate through what can seem to be a daunting transit system. · To advocate for Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at rail stations that provide housing options for individuals who choose to use an automobile less frequently. · As the RTD Director for District F, I am committed to holding monthly in-district town meetings to discuss issues and ideas with the district residents.
